Advertising Opportunities

Tampa Bay Showcase offers several advertising plans for Realtors, Builders, Communities and Services to participate in this premier real estate website. 

1. Properties are shown as thumbnail images under their respective cities, neighborhoods or communities and are hot-linked to pop-up windows to show more details and links to the respective Realtor, Builder or Community website. Properties can be advertised for 3 months at a time and may be changed or replaced as they are sold within that period. Hot-links enable Buyers to go directly to the Realtor or Builder websites to see more information on selected properties or to make ultimate contact with the Realtor or Builder. Realtors, Builders and Communities are shown in the locations where they have properties listed.
   
   
2. Realtors and Builders listed in our premier directory are shown under their respective cities, neighborhoods or communities and are hot-linked to pop-up windows featuring additional information and listed properties. Hot-links enable Buyers to go directly to the selected Realtor, Builder or Community website where they can learn more and make direct contact with their sales people. Hot-links also enable Sellers to find the right Realtor to sell their property. Realtors are shown under the cities where they have offices and pop-up windows show all the Properties each Realtor has listed.
   
   
3. Realtors, Builders and other Services can also advertise near the top of each page with panel ads that are directly hot-linked to their respective websites. Placement can be by the month, quarter or year for each page. The number of advertisements is limited to 3 for each county and city page, but only one for each community.

Advertising plans include both contracted and transient arrangements. They range from placing 1 to 4 properties per quarter with volume discounts for 5 or more properties. Volume Discounts on Display Advertising and rates for Special Advertising Features are available upon request. Please see our rate card for specific prices for each plan. 

Properties will be featured with click-through picture on City and Neighborhood pages with property type and price. Picture click-through will display pop-up of seller with additional details of property and direct link to advertiser's own website. Properties can be changed at no extra cost within 3 months listing period.

The company reserves the right to adjust all rates with a notice of 30 days. Contract advertisers are protected during the duration of the agreement.
